How Copy Trading Profit Works

In OrangeX Copy Trading Profit system, profits are shared transparently between Lead Traders and Copy Traders:
  • For Lead Traders: You earn a Profit Sharing Ratio (up to 15%) that you set yourself. This percentage is taken only from the net profits generated by Copy Traders who follow your portfolio. No profit = no fee.
  • For Copy Traders: You keep the majority of profits after paying the agreed sharing ratio to the Lead Trader.
Profit settlement occurs automatically every Monday at 02:00 (UTC). Additional payouts happen when a Copy Trader exits the portfolio or when a Lead Trader closes the portfolio.


How to Check and Manage Copy Trading Profit

  1. Go to Copy Trade > Dashboard.
  2. Switch to Income Management to view total profit sharing, detailed breakdowns, and settlement history.
  3. In Portfolio Management, monitor individual portfolio performance, PNL, and follower contributions.
  4. Use Lead Trader History to review Open Orders, Trade History, and Profit Splitting records.


Tips to Increase Copy Trading Profit

As a Lead Trader:
  • Build a strong track record with consistent positive ROI and controlled drawdown to attract more followers.
  • Set a competitive yet fair profit-sharing ratio (8–12% is common).
  • Create up to 6 portfolios with clear strategies and attractive descriptions.
  • Share your performance on social media to grow your community.


As a Copy Trader:
  • Choose portfolios with high 30D ROI, low Maximum Drawdown (MDD), and proven history.
  • Diversify across multiple Lead Traders to balance risk.
  • Start with the minimum 100 USDT copy amount and scale gradually.
  • Monitor and adjust or stop copying underperforming portfolios promptly.

  • Minimum portfolio creation amount for Lead Traders is 500 USDT.
  • All trades occur in perpetual contracts with real-time execution.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future Copy Trading Profit. Always trade responsibly and only use funds you can afford to risk.
